Viewing an Email Template

• The procedure for viewing an existing Email template is as follows:

  1. From the Left Pane, click Templates to expand it.
     The following sub-section displays:

     1. Email Templates

  

  2. Click Email Templates.
     The Email templates list displays.
     
      

  3. In Templates list, click for a template to view it.
     The select Email template opens.
     

  You can view the following information for each Email template:

  • Template Name

  • Template Subject

  • Template Body
